Hollywood Sheath Dress

Oh the joys of an all-machine invisible zipper! Now that I know how to do it, there's no stopping me in using all the cotton and poly prints in my stash. Whipped up this cute summer sheath dress last week. I don't remember where I scored this fun print, could have been at Threads on Capitol Hill. It's bold and big so I went for a super simple silhouette. The dress is fully lined with an invisible zipper. There is no kick pleat in the back. Since this dress is lined, I still need to figure out a pattern and sequence of construction for doing a lined vent. I found a great tutorial on youtube, so coming soon!
