I spotted this polyester print at Nancy's Sewing Basket. Sold in panels, each panel holds two images. I figured it would be enough for a simple shift babydoll-esque dress. I decided to add elbow-length sleeves using solid black polyester and added a simple black fringe at the hem to make the dress a bit longer.
I originally wanted to do an embroidered peter pan collar, but somehow it felt too busy. But my fingers were itching to do a peter pan collar and so I ended up sewing this simple blue blouse :)
Pretty happy with both.

A very nice blouse. It will look much better if the stitch would be covered with beads. That kind of job requires patience and precision. Otherwise you can just take it off and wear this blouse with a string of beads.
