Sushi House Pants

I normally don't blog about pieces that I make for wearing around the house, but these sushi house pants are pretty rad - they deserve a blog post.

For years, I've been a fan of wide, relaxed house pants from Anthro, but as we all know, they are pretty expensive. So when a pair I had got pretty worn out, I took them apart and drafted a pattern. Since then I've made a bunch of house pants. I don't like pants that tie at the waist with a string, so for my version,  I use jersey for the top panel and my newly developed elastic waist technique - very comfy :)
