Mom spotted this amazing panne fabric at Nancy's Sewing Basket a couple weeks ago. They only had a yard and a half left and I could not pass it up. I bought all the remnants. I'm in love with this delicate print: tiny yellow buds on the jet-black background. Gorgeous fabric and quite difficult to work with. It doesn't slide very well so you have to constantly readjust it and manipulate it while sewing.
Once again, I went with my faithful pattern: easy flowing dress with a gathered waist.
